Hak sahiplerinin arsadaki paylar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermek amac\u0131yla \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan resmi tapu belgesine de\u00a0<em>kat irtifakl\u0131 tapu<\/em>\u00a0denir. Kat m\u00fclkiyetli tapu,\u00a0 m\u00fclk sahibinin gayrimenkul \u00fczerindeki ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z m\u00fclkiyet hakk\u0131na sahip olmas\u0131n\u0131 belgeler.<\/p>\n<p>Kat m\u00fclkiyetli tapuda, binan\u0131n \u00f6zellikleri yaz\u0131l\u0131r.
